It’s The Most Wonderful Time Of The Year

This time of year offers us many funny and memorable videos or pictures of our favorite players wishing fans a Happy Holiday. Some of the most notable videos this holiday season come from the Penguins, Sabres, Ducks, and Stars

The Pittsburgh Penguins used green screen effects to recreate the film “Elf” featuring Evgeni Malkin, Marc-Andre Fleury and various other players portraying Buddy the Elf. Phil Kessel does an acting job from what you would expect from Phil: Not terrible but still a bit awkward. Even Sidney Crosby takes a snowball to the face! Who doesn’t love that?

Nicolas Deslauriers puts Mariah Carey to shame as the Buffalo Sabres do a dramatic reading of “All I Want For Christmas Is You” while Jack Eichel and Zach Bogosian seem to have a love connection towards the end. Robin Lehner seems he wants to be filmed singing just as much as he wants to win a shootout.

Wild Wing becomes an aspiring actor in films such as “A Christmas Story” and “It’s a Wonderful Life” as the Anaheim Ducks wish their fans a Happy Holiday while Ryan Kesler portrays his future self.

The Dallas Stars sing Christmas songs with a couple kids featuring Jamie Benn and company. Kari Lehtonen has some trouble singing “Rudolph The Red Nosed Reindeer” but manages to pull through.
